We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with robust exposure to Clinical domain projects in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, process analysis, and translating business needs into functional specifications. The candidate will work closely with clinical teams, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for clinical applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders including clinicians, operations teams, and technical teams.
Conduct gap analysis, workflow analysis, and process improvement activities.
Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
Coordinate with QA and development teams to ensure requirement clarity and successful delivery.
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Participate in implementation, training, and change management activities.
