Role Description
The Youth Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for designing, coordinating, and facilitating youth-focused programs and activities that engage young people with art, design, and creative expression. This role involves planning workshops, mentoring youth participants,



and supporting them in developing skills and confidence through studio projects and community initiatives. The Youth Lead will collaborate with the creative and operations teams to integrate youth programs into studio events, outreach activities, and client-facing projects where appropriate. Day-to-day tasks include managing program schedules, tracking participation and outcomes, maintaining a secure and inclusive environment, and communicating regularly with youth, parents/guardians, and partner organizations. The Youth Lead will also help develop new initiatives that align with the studio’s vision of using art and design to inspire and empower the next generation.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Youth Leadership and Youth Work to guide, mentor, and support young participants in structured creative programs.
