Key Responsibilities

● Work with the global Networks team to monitor and troubleshoot network issues.

● Provide support for production, office, and end-user networking environments.

● Assist with network changes, including moves, adds, and modifications.

● Participate in market connectivity testing and circuit migrations.

● Support data center operations, including migrations and infrastructure changes.

Qualifications

● Basic experience with supporting and troubleshooting networks.

● Understanding of client-server architecture.

● Familiarity with Arista EOS and Cisco NX-OS/IOS.

● Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, MSDP, and PIM.

● Exposure to VPN configuration and troubleshooting.

● Awareness of data center installation and cabling standards.

● Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux systems.

● Exposure to multicast networking and Python scripting (preferred).

● Background in finance (a plus, not required).
