About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused
Pre-Sales Manager – Enterprise Solutions
to bridge the gap between our sales and product teams. The ideal candidate will understand enterprise customer requirements, conduct product demonstrations, prepare technical proposals, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored AI and SaaS solutions.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with enterprise prospects to understand business challenges, technical requirements, and solution expectations.
- Work closely with the Enterprise Sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, and discovery workshops.
- Prepare customized solution proposals, presentations, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.




- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to design solution architectures.
- Create Proof of Concepts (POCs) and assist in pilot implementations where required.
- Respond to technical and functional queries from prospective customers.
- Identify customer pain points and recommend suitable AI/SaaS solutions.
- Assist in solution pricing discussions and commercial proposal preparation.
- Support contract discussions by providing functional and technical clarifications.
- Maintain documentation related to client requirements, solution designs, and implementation plans.
- Keep updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in client meetings, webinars, exhibitions, and enterprise events.
