Role Summary

The Program Coordinator will support the effective planning and delivery of the programs. Working closely with the leadership team, mentor’s, cohorts, and internal teams.



The coordinator will manage day to day program operations and help deliver a seamless, high quality participant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- ⁠Design, plan, and execute the day to day operating plan to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the programs.
- ⁠Coordinate the academic calendar, classes, Mentor's sessions, assessments, workshops, and program events.
- Serve as the primary contact for participants, communicating schedules, deadlines, policies, and important updates.
- ⁠Collaborate with Mentor's and internal teams to arrange learning materials, technology, venues, travel, and other program requirements.
- ⁠Maintain accurate records of submissions, assessments, participant information, and program activities.
- ⁠Monitor program milestones, participant engagement, and operational risks, escalating concerns to the leadership team
