Role Description
The Staff Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing fertility evaluations and treatments in an on-site clinical setting in New Delhi. Responsibilities include assisting physicians during procedures, administering medications and injections as prescribed, monitoring patient vitals and recovery, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role involves educating patients about treatment plans, pre- and post-procedure care, and medication instructions,



while offering empathetic support throughout their fertility journey. The Staff Nurse will also help ensure adherence to infection control protocols, clinic standards, and safety guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring close collaboration with physicians, embryologists, and administrative staff.

Qualifications
- Valid nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or equivalent) and current registration with the appropriate nursing council.
- Experience in obstetrics and gynecology, fertility, reproductive medicine, or related clinical settings is preferred.
- Strong patient care skills, including compassionate communication, counseling, and the ability to support patients through emotionally sensitive situations.
- Solid knowledge of clinical procedures such as injections, IV administration, sample collection, vital sign monitoring, and basic emergency response.
