We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead to lead the design and development of scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting robust APIs, optimizing system performance, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js and PHP
- Build secure and efficient RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
- Work with frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, and Laravel
- Architect and optimize database structures using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases
- Lead backend architecture decisions and ensure best coding practices
- Integrate third-party services and external APIs
- Implement caching strategies and work with message queues for performance optimization
- Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless API integration
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems
- Work within Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional backend development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js) and PHP
- Hands-on experience with Express.js or NestJS
- Strong experience with Laravel framework
- Deep understanding of MVC architecture and backend design patterns
- Expertise in relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and best practices
- Experience with Git/version control systems
- Understanding of caching mechanisms and message queues
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with TypeScript
- Understanding of frontend technologies such as React.js and Vue.js
- Awareness of frameworks like Next.js and Nuxt.js
- Robust understanding of frontend-backend integration and API best practices
