Odoo Backend Development & Customization
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo Community modules using Python and the Odoo framework.
- Build scalable and maintainable custom modules using Odoo ORM, models, views, controllers, workflows, access rights, and record rules.
- Perform deep customization of Odoo business logic, including overriding standard flows where required in a clean and upgrade-secure manner.
- Develop complex backend features to support Bonya business workflows, approval cycles, project execution, asset lifecycle, inventory, and operational processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom modules, business rules, integrations, and system behavior.
- Ensure all customization follows Odoo best practices, coding standards, technical documentation, and version control discipline.

Required Technical Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience, preferably with Odoo Community.
- Strong expertise in Python, Odoo ORM, models, controllers, views,



workflows, security rules, and module architecture

Proven experience in deep Odoo customization and complex backend development.

• Strong experience in RESTful API development, mobile app backend integration, and external system integration.

• Experience with SOAP/XML integrations is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL query optimization, database design, and data migration.

• Experience with authentication and security mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, API keys, and token-based authentication.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, Linux server environments, and deployment practices.

• Ability to debug complex issues across application, API, database, and integration layers.

• Good understanding of performance tuning, logging, error handling, and system stability
