ABIJA EXPORTS (LESPARO), one of South India's growing garment manufacturing and export companies, is looking for experienced, customer-focused, and target-driven Sales Executives to join our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand sales opportunities for LESPARO products.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, retailers, and business partners.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.




- Conduct regular market visits and field sales activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop new markets and increase brand presence.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor updates, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Support junior sales team members and share market knowledge.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Field Sales, FMCG, Garments, Textile, Apparel, Fashion, or related industries.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and developing customer networks.
- Garment industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to travel.
- Valuable knowledge of market development and customer handling.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
