Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer / Production Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in the uPVC windows and doors industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site installation, taking accurate measurements, and manufacturing processes for uPVC windows and doors.

Key Roles & Responsibilites
- Conduct site visits for measurement and assessment before production.
- Take accurate site measurements for uPVC windows and doors.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Supervise and monitor the installation of uPVC windows and doors at project sites.
- Ensure installations are completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.




- Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure products are fabricated according to site measurements and specifications.
- Review technical drawings and resolve site-related issues.
- Perform quality inspections during manufacturing and installation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Prepare site reports, measurement sheets, and installation progress updates.

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in the uPVC windows and doors industry.
- Strong knowledge of site measurements, installation techniques, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication details.
- Valuable understanding of hardware, profiles, glass specifications, and accessories used in uPVC windows and doors.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
