*JOB DESCRIPTION*

JOB TITLE – Senior AV Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior AV Support Engineer with strong expertise in event management and team leadership. The role involves overseeing daily AV operations, managing a team of engineers, supporting high-profile meetings and events, and ensuring seamless audio-visual performance across all facilities. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical proficiency, hands-on experience with AV systems, and strong coordination and people management skills.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Lead and manage the AV support team, effectively assigning tasks and ensuring smooth operations.

 Handle high-level events, meetings, and conferences requiring advanced AV setup and support.

 Ensure proactive maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of AV systems and equipment.

 Act as the point of escalation for all AV-related issues and ensure prompt resolution.

 Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors for technical coordination and issue resolution.  Document AV processes,



maintenance schedules, and service activities.

 Support the setup, configuration, and testing of audio-visual systems for events, including video conferencing, presentations, and corporate gatherings.

 Manage inventory and ensure availability of AV supplies and spare equipment.

 Provide technical guidance, on-the-job training, and performance feedback to team members.

 Stay updated with emerging AV technologies and recommend process or system improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

 Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or a related field.

 Minimum 5+ years of experience in AV operations and support, with proven team handling and event management experience.

 Strong technical understanding of AV systems, video conferencing, signal flow, and troubleshooting.

 Experience in operating and maintaining skilled-grade AV hardware and control systems.
