We're Hiring: Social Media Associate (SimplyGods)

SimplyGods is a clean-label, nutrition-heavy D2C snack brand based in Rabale, Navi Mumbai, and we're looking for someone to take ownership of our social media presence — starting with a 4-month Probation, with the opportunity to convert to a full time role based on performance and fit.

About the role:

You'll be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and publishing content across Instagram and other platforms — content that reflects how we actually talk to our audience, not generic brand messaging. This includes reels, captions, and staying closely tuned to what's resonating and what isn't.

What you'll be doing:

Planning and executing our content calendar across platforms

Shooting and editing reels

Writing captions in our brand voice — direct, founder-led, no corporate tone

Attending sampling events and shoots to capture real-time content

Monitoring performance and adjusting strategy based on what's working





Working closely with the founding team on brand and marketing direction

What we're looking for:

Strong understanding of short-form video content and current platform trends

Hands-on editing skills and a good eye for what makes content engaging

Based in or able to commute to Navi Mumbai for shoots and events

A portfolio, personal page, or prior work samples that demonstrate your ability

Someone who can take ownership rather than needing constant direction
