Senior Python Developer Lead - 8+ Years - Pune

We are hiring an experienced Senior Python Developer – Lead with robust expertise in Python, backend development, microservices, cloud technologies, and Generative AI. We are looking for a technology leader who can build scalable enterprise applications, drive automation initiatives, and contribute to next-generation AI solutions.

Responsibilities –

1. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Python applications.
2. Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and microservices.
3. Develop automation frameworks and data processing pipelines.
4. Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of production-critical systems.
5. Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver robust technology solutions.
6. Contribute to AI/GenAI-enabled applications, intelligent automation, and LLM- powered solutions.

Requirements –

1. 8+ years of hands-on experience in Python development with enterprise application development expertise.
2. Strong experience in designing and developing REST APIs,



Microservices, and scalable backend applications.
3. Hands-on experience with ETL processes, automation frameworks, and data processing pipelines.
4. Strong cloud expertise on AWS or Azure.
5. Experience integrating Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered applications into enterprise solutions.
6. Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
7. Good knowledge of LangChain, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
8. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
9. Strong understanding of System Design, Software Architecture, and production-scale application development.
10. Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
