Job Description

enGen Global is looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong Healthcare domain expertise and extensive experience in Salesforce and CRM technologies. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic liaison between healthcare customers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver customer-centric, data-driven solutions.

This role requires solid capabilities in business analysis, healthcare processes, Salesforce ecosystem solutions, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Scrum Master responsibilities will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, healthcare customers, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, interviews, and process analysis to understand business needs and objectives.
- Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.




- Serve as the primary liaison between business users, customers, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate requirement prioritization and support decision-making based on business value.

Salesforce & CRM Solutions
- Drive business analysis activities for Salesforce-based initiatives including CRM transformation and customer engagement programs.
- Partner with technical teams to define Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
- Support initiatives involving Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other CRM-related technologies.
- Analyze customer journeys, engagement processes, and business workflows to improve operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with integration teams to support CRM ecosystem enhancements and data management initiatives.
