Role Overview
The Admission Officer / Counsellor is responsible for managing the end-to-end admission process, guiding prospective parents, and driving enrolment targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, relationship management, and a proactive approach to converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Admission Process Management
Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, emails, and online leads related to admissions.
Provide detailed counselling to parents regarding curriculum, facilities, and school offerings.
Ensure seamless execution of the end-to-end admission process (enquiry to enrollment).
2. Counselling & Conversion
Understand parent and student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
Follow up with prospective parents to ensure conversion into confirmed admissions.
Maintain solid communication to build trust and credibility with parents.

Lead Management & Data Tracking
Maintain and update admission databases/CRM with accurate information.
Track and report daily/weekly enquiry status and conversion ratio.
Analyze trends and suggest improvements to increase admissions.
4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for admission formalities.
Schedule interaction sessions, school tours, and parent meetings.
Ensure smooth onboarding for newly admitted students.
5. Marketing & Outreach Support
Support marketing initiatives such as events, school visits, and promotional activities.
Participate in admission drives, open houses, and campaigns.
Represent the school professionally in all external interactions.
6. Parents Experience
Ensure high-quality parent experience throughout the admission journey.
Address queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
