The role requires close coordination with design, pattern, and machining teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to stringent quality norms for Cylinder Head Castings.
- Qualifications
- Understanding of foundry processes (Greensand, Nobake, shell core, shell moulding) and materials used in cylinder head casting production.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and tolerances relevant to cast and machined components.
- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic quality and measurement instruments.
