About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Marketing Manager who can manage client accounts, lead communication, and drive content strategy execution. The ideal candidate should have prior agency experience and a solid understanding of content and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle multiple client social media accounts
- Act as the Key Account Manager for client communication
- Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, and strategy discussions
- Research and develop content ideas aligned with brand goals
- Work closely with the creative and social media team to execute content plans
- Oversee content creation process (reels, posts, shoots, captions, etc.)




- Plan and manage influencer marketing collaborations
- Track performance, analyse insights, and suggest improvements
- Ensure timely delivery of content calendars and campaign execution
- Create UGC-style content and reels when required

Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a marketing/creative agency
- Strong understanding of content creation and social media trends
- Experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns
- Comfortable in front of the camera for UGC content and reel creation
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects
- Creative thinking with a strategic mindset
