Position: Non-Voice Analyst

Experience: 0-2 Years

Work Location: Kochi

Working days: 5 days

WFOShift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Primary Responsibilities
- Review industry documents (e.g., permits, notices, bid documents, plans & specifications, meeting minutes, agendas, capital improvement plans, and email responses) to extract relevant project data.
- Research, read, interpret, verify, and accurately enter project information into internal systems using digital research, inbound emails, and outbound email outreach.
- Validate and confirm key data points, including:
- Project stage and status
- Company and contact information
- Structural details and features
- Critical dates and milestones
- Complete formal documentation requests (e.g., FOIAs, OPRAs) to support data collection when required.
- Escalate exceptions, inconsistencies, or unclear cases to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

- Maintain high levels of accuracy, productivity, and timeliness while meeting daily performance targets.
- Maintain accountability for assigned performance metrics across multiple data-collection methods.

Technical Skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong internet and digital research skills.
- Accurate data entry skills.
