Role Description
: This is a full-time, on-site
Business Development Executive
role based in Borivali. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for
*Air Conditioning projects and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)*
. Responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting solutions, preparing and following up on proposals, and closing deals in line with company targets. The role also involves managing client accounts, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and coordinating with operations and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications




- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to build and grow the client base.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication and effective client-facing interaction.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in sales or business development.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Mumbai, with strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should have basic proficiency in CRM or sales tracking tools and be able to work independently toward defined targets.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for strong performers.
