About the Role
Sarva Sudarsanaa Academy is looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled Civil Design / Trainers to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in Civil Engineering software while gaining exposure to real-time design projects. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on Civil Engineering software.
- Train students and working professionals in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, SketchUp, Revit, ETABS, Civil 3D, and related Civil Engineering applications.
- Explain structural design concepts, drafting standards, and engineering fundamentals.
- Conduct hands-on sessions, assignments, workshops, and project-based learning.
- Guide students in academic projects, real-time projects, and interview preparation.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and technical documentation.
- Evaluate student performance and provide continuous technical support.
- Stay updated with the latest Civil Engineering software and industry practices.
- Assist in Civil CAD design and drafting projects as assigned.
Eligibility
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced trainers or Civil Design professionals are also welcome.
