Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Telemarketing Executive role based in the Mohali district.



The Telemarketing Executive will engage prospects and existing customers via outbound and inbound calls to promote Pro Ultimate’s fitness solutions, gym setups, franchises, and training programs. Responsibilities include generating qualified leads, explaining product and service offerings, addressing customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments or demos for the sales team. The role involves maintaining accurate call records in CRM tools, following up on leads, and meeting daily and monthly call and conversion targets. The Telemarketing Executive will collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure a positive customer experience and consistent communication aligned with brand guidelines.
