Job Opening: SAP BASIS Consultant (Support Role ECS)

Job Description:

Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis experience.
- 2+ years of cloud knowledge (e.g. solution management, consulting, or delivery program management).
- Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA Application and HANA database.
- Mandatory SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) experience.
- Experience integrating SaaS products (e.g. Ariba, Salesforce, C4S) with SAP landscape is a plus.
- Experience with any hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Basis LLD SAP ECS Role description
- Solid hands-on experience with SAP technologies like SAP NetWeaver, Web Dispatcher, Business Objects solutions, Convergent Charging,

Convergent Mediation, OpenText etc.
- Work experience in Cloud Operations for running applications systems on a large scale.
- Experience in ITIL and IT Service Management processes such as Incident Management, Event Management / Monitoring, Change Request

Management
- Experience in writing technical concepts, such as Knowable Base Articles,



Wiki pages, Root Cause Analysis and BLOG entries etc.
- Experience in automation of monitoring or operational workflows
- Contribute ideas to help towards the vision and execution of teams in ECS Last line of Defense and act as an expert to Service Areas for

advanced troubleshooting.
- Take the lead in implementing activities, like e.g., architecture decisions, Process mining exercises, Continuous improvements which

contribute to the stability and performance of the teams, also build scalable processes.
- Establish a close relationship with the Domain Leads in Application area, Service engineering and Service Area Operation to influence

supportability/operability of the products.
- Contributing to initiatives to reduce application related outages.
- Collaborate with Product Development and support for roadmap, feature, and bug fixes.
- Valuable understanding of the SAP Basis systems both on Operation sy
