Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports and forecasts.
- Develop budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support audits and risk management activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive financial planning and business growth.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (MBA Finance/CA/CMA preferred).
- Experience: 2 – 3 years in financial analysis, consulting, accounting, or related functions.
- Robust knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
