We’re looking for a top-tier Operations Research & Decision Analysis
expert to join our team in
Bangalore
. For instance, we outline the business context, build Monte Carlo simulation with an absorbing-Markov-chain win model, then apply optimization and process-changes to model performance improvements. With skills in
business modeling, simulation, and optimization
, you can do this job.

But it also requires
innovation
: operations research is widely used for Supply Chain but rarely used in Go-to-Market. We are making an
industry-defining system
. So, we must solve problems for clients unused to operations research, and our solutions must be easy-to-use and reliable. It demands the right attitude:

What You’ll Do

You will define, build, deploy and improve the RevInsight Enterprise Decision Intelligence System.
- Innovate
: Create intelligent model prototypes to convert data and context into decision-support, actions, and outcomes. Build a simulator that uses FSMs to for descriptive & predictive analytics and layer on optimization algorithms for decision recommendations, e.g., sales rep staffing, sales territory setup, sales goal setting, lead-sourcing spending, etc.
- Automate
: Work with the engineering team to ensure accurate implementation of the intelligent model prototypes into production models. This requires verification.
- Cultivate
: monitor operations, track business adoption, assess value realization, evaluate model performance, and update the system as required.

What We’re Looking For

: Master’s degree in industrial engineering
