We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative who can generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the agency's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email outreach, and referrals.
- Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Present company services and prepare customized proposals.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of sales or business development experience.
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, IT services, SaaS, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident in making cold calls and handling client meetings.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

- Strong presentation and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and close deals.
- Good time management and organizational skills
