Key Responsibilities
- Handle all negotiation rounds of Tender for Non-KC Customer Segmentation, ORA, Fast Quote, Seasonal Sync requests received online.
- Supporting the Dispute and IQ team on improving quality deliverables.
- Preparing, reviewing and validating customer tender templates and rate sheet using approved product rates.
- Ensure high accuracy and completeness in all tender deliverables.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tenders simultaneously to meet agreed deadlines and SLA commitments.
- Ensure adherence to tender governance standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Prepares Negotiation Package for customers.
- Supports projects and ad hoc initiatives within TCM.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and successful tender outcomes.
- Communicate tender status, risks, and requirements effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Utilize digital tools, reporting platforms, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.




- Support process transformation and technology adoption initiatives within Tender Contract Management.

- Bachelor s degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, or related industries.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency and accountability.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate outputs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
