Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the Wealth Transformation / One Wealth Program, a strategic initiative focused on transforming the end-to-end Wealth Management sales journey, Relationship Manager (RM) capabilities, and overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate will possess solid core Business Analysis skills, combined with deep domain expertise in Wealth Management, Relationship Manager (RM) workflows, and Digital Banking. The role involves working closely with business, product, technology, and operations teams to design and deliver future-state digital wealth solutions.

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across Wealth Transformation initiatives.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs),



Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective digital solutions.

Wealth Transformation
- Support the transformation of end-to-end wealth management sales and servicing journeys.
- Analyze and optimize customer journeys across onboarding, advisory, investment servicing, and portfolio management.
- Contribute to the design of future-state operating models and digital wealth capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and advisor productivity.

Relationship Manager (RM) Enablement
- Work closely with business stakeholders to enhance Relationship Manager (RM) workflows and digital tools.
- Understand RM sales processes, customer engagement models
