The Front Desk Concierge serves as the face of the clinic, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and high-touch client experience. You will manage front desk operations, coordinate schedules, and uphold the clinics luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Front Desk Management
- Greet clients warmly, professionally, and by name wherever possible
- Maintain a calm, composed, and welcoming environment at all times
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and in-clinic clients simultaneously with efficiency and grace

Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage appointment bookings and optimize practitioner schedules
- Ensure minimal wait times and smooth patient flow within the clinic
- Coordinate effectively with dermatologists and therapists for seamless operations

Billing & Administrative Operations
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing accurately
- Maintain daily cash records and ensure financial transparency
- Ensure a smooth and frictionless checkout experience

Client Communication & Conversions




- Answer phone calls with professionalism and clarity
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication
- Clearly explain services, offerings, and the Lluminae experience

Ambience & Experience Management
- Maintain reception and waiting lounge aesthetics at all times
- Ensure music, scent, lighting, and overall environment align with brand standards
- Monitor and elevate every detail of the in-clinic experience
