- Guide customers through frame, lens, and sunglasses selection.
- Promote free eye check-ups and assist customers throughout the purchase journey.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and prescriptions.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain product displays, store hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock verification, and store operations.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
