Role & responsibilities
- Handle complete OTC (Order-to-Cash) process for assigned customers and business
- accounts.
- Execute end-to-end order management activities including order entry, order
- processing, and order fulfillment.
- Process customer orders accurately in SAP and ensure timely execution.
- Manage customer requirements related to Incoterms, payment terms, delivery
- timelines, and order coordination.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Commercial, Logistics, Finance, Quality, and Customer
- Service teams for smooth order execution.
- Track order status and proactively resolve customer concerns related to deliveries,
- invoices, shipments, and documentation.
- Ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction while maintaining process
- compliance.
- Maintain solid customer relationships through effective communication and timely
- support.




- Differentiate customer requirements from business capabilities and provide cost-
- effective operational solutions.
- Maintain accurate order records, customer updates, and reporting within systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within customer service and order
- management processes.

Preferred candidate profile

FRESHER CAN APPLY WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILL
- Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
- 0 to 6 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, manufacturing
- Support, or related roles.
- Experience in handling international customers and business coordination will be
- preferred.
