The Prospect: Core Backend Reliability

We are seeking a specialist Lead Backend Engineer to design, develop, and own the core microservices and data architecture for our mission-critical enterprise platform. This role is crucial for ensuring the scalability, performance, and reliability of our distributed systems, leveraging C#, .NET Core, MS SQL Server, and RabbitMQ. You will contribute to architectural decisions and mentor peers on backend best practices.

Purpose of the Role

To design, develop, and own the stability and performance of our core backend microservices and data architecture. You will be responsible for implementing high-speed,



reliable APIs and resilient distributed systems using C#, .NET Core, MS SQL, and RabbitMQ.

- Data Integrity & Optimization: Design, optimize, and manage complex database schemas and utilize Dapper for writing and tuning T-SQ
