DevOps Lead (AWS | Kubernetes | CI/CD)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native deployment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure on AWS.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar tools.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Implement Blue-Green, Canary, and Rolling deployment strategies.
- Monitor infrastructure and applications using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and CloudWatch.
- Design and maintain disaster recovery, backup, and failover solutions.
- Ensure security best practices, IAM governance, vulnerability management, and compliance.




- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive DevOps best practices across teams.

Required Skills
- Strong experience with AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
- Hands-on expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS EKS, and Helm.
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools.
- Strong CI/CD knowledge with Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.
- Experience in monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch.
- Robust scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell.
- Knowledge of Git, version control, and release management.
- Experience implementing cloud security controls and automation.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, CKA, or similar certifications.
