Role Description
The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day finance operations, including general accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The Finance Manager will prepare monthly and annual financial statements, monitor expenses and revenues, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely statutory and tax compliance.



The role includes coordinating with internal departments on cost control, supporting management with financial analysis and forecasting, and contributing to pricing decisions and investment planning. The Finance Manager will also help develop and refine internal controls, strengthen financial processes, and support audits and interactions with external advisors.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with experience managing cash flow and cost control.
