*Role Overview*

As a Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be a key part of our engineering org: responsible not only for writing code, but also for architectural decisions, leading development efforts, mentoring other engineers, and owning critical systems. You will drive the development of payment gateway infrastructure and backend automation tools, and ensure high performance, security, and scalability.





*Key Skills (Mandatory hands on experience)*

NodeJs, MongoDB, PHP & Laravel, Mysql

*Key Responsibilities*
- Architect, design, and implement backend systems using Node.js and PHP (Laravel).
- Lead and develop database schemas and data layers in MongoDB (including MongoDB Atlas) and MySQL.
- Build automation bots and tools using Puppeteer or similar technologies.
- Lead the deployment of systems in a serverless architecture or cloud environment (e.g., AWS).
- Manage end-to-end deployments, CI/CD, code reviews, and DevOps practices.
- Configure and optimize servers using Linux, NGINX / Apache.
- Maintain a strong focus on security, performance, and reliability of core payment systems.
- Act as a technical lead: mentor junior developers, conduct design reviews, and set coding best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: with product, frontend, QA, and operations teams to deliver high-quality features.
