Role Description
The Client Services role at Hatch is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, understanding business objectives, and ensuring that experiential marketing campaigns meet client expectations. The person in this role will coordinate with internal creative, content, and production teams, prepare and present client updates, and support project planning and execution. They will monitor campaign performance, address client queries and concerns promptly,



and work to enhance client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. The role also involves supporting budgeting discussions, tracking project costs, and contributing to proposals and reports.

Qualifications
- Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with a client-centric mindset and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Basic understanding of Finance related to project budgeting, cost tracking, and supporting financial documentation.
- Relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or experiential agencies is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid organizational and time management
