Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (masters preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in software development, with 4+ years in engineering leadership roles.
- 3-5 Years of experience with development (Java, Angular, JSP, Oracle SQL/MS SQL, Kubernetes, API Gateways). And extensive experience in building and managing APIs, MicroServices, and Relational/Non-Relational DBs.
- Proven success in building and managing high-performing global teams.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
- Strong track record of delivering complex enterprise systems in production environments.
- Deep expertise in microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Strong experience with K8S, Java, Python, SQL, Splunk, and Grafana.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub), observability, and operational tooling.




- Experience designing high-resilience systems and backend platforms supporting Supply Chain applications.

- Lead and manage a team of software engineers focused on Oracle ERP and supply chain platform development, integration, and operations.
- Hire, onboard, coach, and retain engineers; conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations.
- Partner with product managers and architects to translate business requirements into engineering plans with clear milestones and delivery commitments.
- Drive day-to-day execution across sprints, ensuring the team meets quality, velocity, and reliability goals.
- Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and escalate risks to keep projects on track.
