- Key Responsibilities

· Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities in the B2C segment.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, project management consultants (PMCs), carpenters, builders, contractors, and end customers.

· Visit project sites regularly to identify new opportunities and gather complete project information.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

· Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.

· Handle client negotiations and successfully close sales.

· Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to maximize conversions.

· Maintain accurate customer records, project details, and sales reports in the company's database.

· Identify the final decision-maker for each project and execute an effective sales strategy accordingly.





· Generate business through networking, referrals, field visits, and social media platforms.

· Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business projections.

· Build long-term customer relationships by providing excellent after-sales support and resolving customer queries promptly.

· Follow company policies, SOPs, sales processes, and reporting systems at all times.

· Continuously explore new approaches and business development strategies for architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
