Role Description The Sales Executive will manage end-to-end sales activities for Kneesy Health’s knee care services in Pune City in a full-time, in office capacity.



Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, engaging with patients and partners, explaining Kneesy Health’s offerings, and converting inquiries into consultations and treatment plans. The role involves building relationships with referring doctors and healthcare partners, conducting in-clinic and community outreach, and participating in local events to drive brand awareness. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in the CRM, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience from first contact through treatment. This role requires proactive follow-up, consistent achievement of sales targets, and a patient-centered approach aligned with the organization’s values of transparency and trust.
