Job Purpose
- key application support maintenance for runtime issues
- Application support and provide the assistance on tech side issue to banks
- Manage the team to maintain the application support 24/7365 days
- Understands different programming languages and ability to solve problems in Production
- Possesses positive knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements.
- Identifying tech stack, DB designing as part of requirements
- Server configuration for application/DB servers
- Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand the requirements
- Co-ordination with internal departments for ensuring smooth business operations
- Product handling and clarification of technical issue with banks.
- Good working knowledge on open data base, Windows and Linux systems.
- Proactive service improvement initiatives including trending of incidents, root cause of technical issues
- Identify resource and equipment requirements,



efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability
- Must ensure to follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements to meet the audit/compliances

- Maintain the application uptime with zero delays, downtimes.
- Coordinating and communication with stakeholders on tech related issues, technical standards deviation solution implementation
- Provide outstanding support to banks and address the technical issues
- Expertise in resolving technical issues
- Review and implement the security standards
- Build the independent team to fix the run time issues
- Drive complex or major incident resolution
