. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in end-to-end technical hiring, sourcing niche IT talent, and coordinating with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial technical interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports.
- Achieve hiring targets while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment (Day Shift).
- Strong experience hiring for IT technologies across multiple skill sets.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
