Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain the company's construction services and packages.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the project team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 - 3 years of sales experience (construction/real estate preferred).
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru.
