Job Description: Social Media Marketing (SMM) Trainer

Position Overview:
CDA Digital Marketing Academy is seeking an experienced and passionate Social Media Marketing (SMM) Trainer to join our team. The SMM Trainer will be responsible for educating and mentoring students on effective social media marketing strategies, tools, and best practices. This role involves developing training programs, creating practical exercises, evaluating student performance, and providing ongoing guidance throughout the 4-month digital marketing course.

Key Responsibilities:Training and Instruction
- Design and deliver engaging SMM training sessions covering key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube .
- Teach strategies for social media content creation, audience engagement, analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Demonstrate the use of social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, and platform-specific advertising tools.

Program Development
- Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical exercises.




- Develop real-world projects and assignments to help students gain hands-on experience in creating and managing social media campaigns.

Mentorship and Support
- Provide one-on-one mentoring to students, addressing their doubts and queries.
- Guide learners in creating qualified social media strategies for various industries.
- Offer constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and confidence.

Assessment and Feedback
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Provide detailed feedback to students on their progress and areas for improvement.
- Identify and address common challenges faced by students in understanding SMM concepts.

Staying Current
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Incorporate industry updates and case studies into the training program.
