We are looking for an engaging and customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive to join our retail store team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, welcoming customers, understanding their preferences, and driving sales right from the counter. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in customers warmly, understand their needs, and guide them through our product offerings.
- Relationship Building: Build strong, professional relationships with walk-in clients through excellent in-store communication and service.
- Product Promotion & Upselling: Showcase and promote products that align with customer preferences, effectively upselling and closing sales at the counter.
- Store Collaboration: Collaborate with internal store teams and warehouse staff to ensure seamless service delivery and stock availability.
- Trend Awareness:
Monitor local customer trends and preferences in-store to help adapt sales pitches and stay competitive.
- Feedback & Reporting: Provide regular feedback regarding customer preferences, stock demands, and insights to the Store Management team.
Job RequirementsEducation & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.
- Experience: 0 to 6+ years of experience in retail sales, counter sales, or customer service. (Freshers with outstanding communication skills are welcome to apply).
Core Competencies
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong, polite, and professional communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Sales Drive: Ability to pitch products confidently, handle customer objections, and close deals effectively.
- Presentation: Neat appearance and a welcoming demeanor suitable for a retail store environment.
