Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities
- Integration responsibilities to add SRAM Features to 28-110nm platform technologies. Work with IP providers, as needed, to implement these features.




- Lead design and development of SRAM bit cells, including transistor-level design, layout implementation, and silicon characterization.
- Apply solid understanding of process integration, device behavior, and layout techniques to optimize bit cell performance, stability, reliability and yield.
- Collaborate closely with memory and circuit designers to develop large-scale SRAM macros (typically >16Mbit arrays), including integration with peripheral circuits such as sense amplifiers and control logic.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support macro-level validation, test, and characterization activities.
- Work at the intersection of device physics, circuit design, and layout to ensure robust, high-performance memory solutions across process nodes.
- Design and Layout of test chips to aid in device/technology optimization, rel assessment and SPICE model extraction
- Optimize the PG, PU, PD transistors for performance,
