Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute business development strategies to achieve financial objectives.
- Develop a dealer, distributor, and integrator network in major cities across West Region.
- Represent the company's brand in the market and lead generation initiatives.
- Engage directly with customers to promote products, solutions, and services.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams for product promotions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
- Identify and capture market trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies.
- Drive sales revenue and ensure achievement of sales targets for the region.
- Demand generation in recent market segments and verticals.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure successful sales processes.
- Joint responsibility for managing account receivables and collection processes.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Experience in sales through channel partners for West region.
- Exposure to enterprise sales, solution selling, and market specification.
- Familiarity/Experience with fire detection and suppression products and industry standards is a plus.
- Experience in the Data-Center industry is an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred) or a related field.
- Diploma in Business Administration is an added advantage.
