Junior Design Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1-3 years
- Design and develop machine components and assemblies using SolidWorks.
- Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models.
- Generate and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Assist in designing pharmaceutical packaging and special purpose machines.
- Modify existing machine designs based on production, service, or customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Planning, Automation, and Service departments.
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and manufacturing requirements.
- Prepare assembly drawings, exploded views, and fabrication drawings.
- Maintain drawing revisions and engineering documentation.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical support to manufacturing.
- Visit the shop floor whenever required to resolve design-related issues and improve manufacturability.
- Diploma or Bachelor s Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0 2 years of experience in mechanical design.
- Freshers with robust SolidWorks knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in pharmaceutical packaging machinery or special purpose machines will be preferred.
