We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Total Rewards team.



You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining our Total Rewards area.

We believe you bring:

Strong knowledge of HR domain and HR processes and systems – SAP SuccessFactors, ADP Global View, Perks, Variable Pay

Experience in data standardization — data models, consistency, and quality

Experience owning and communicating a product roadmap, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

The ability to identify gaps in data pipelines and translate them into clear use cases for engineering teams

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — you can bridge business, data, and technology

5–6 years of experience in a similar role within HR Tech and product-oriented environments

Proven experience in collaboration driven outcome

Strong communication and visualization skills
