Role Summary

We are looking for a
Structural Design Engineer
with 2–5 years of experience to join our Navi Mumbai team. The role involves the analysis and design of RCC building structures, with a strong focus on structural safety, economy, constructability, and practical implementation at site.

The successful candidate will work on projects from the structural planning and analysis stage through detailed design and construction drawings. This position requires strong engineering fundamentals, proficiency in structural analysis software, and the ability to coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, drafting teams, and senior structural engineers.

Success in this role means delivering accurate, code-compliant, economical, and practical structural designs within project timelines while taking increasing ownership of projects and technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural framing schemes based on architectural drawings and project requirements.





• Create, analyse, and review structural models using ETABS and other relevant structural engineering software.

• Perform analysis and design of RCC structures, including slabs, beams, columns, shear walls, staircases, foundations, and other structural elements.

• Interpret analysis results and apply sound engineering judgement rather than relying solely on software outputs.

• Design structures in accordance with applicable Indian Standards, codes, and project-specific requirements.

• Optimise structural designs for safety, serviceability, economy, constructability, and productive use of materials.

• Prepare and review structural design calculations, design inputs, analysis reports, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, geotechnical consultants, project teams, and structural drafting teams.
