Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to drive business growth by promoting our ERP, CRM, and business automation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.

* Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions such as SAP Business One, Bitrix24 CRM, TallyPrime, and cloud-based services.

* Conduct product presentations, software demonstrations, and client meetings (virtual or in-person).

* Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.

* Prepare quotations,



proposals, and negotiate contracts to successfully close sales.

* Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.

* Update customer information, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.

* Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

* Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and networking events whenever required.
Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. Prior B2B sales experience is an added advantage.
