Role Description
The Motion Graphic role at The Nocturne Lab is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work from home. The Motion Graphic Specialist will create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and brand assets. Daily responsibilities include developing concepts, storyboarding sequences, designing graphics, animating visual elements, and collaborating with designers, marketers,



and content creators to align visuals with brand and campaign objectives. The role also involves preparing assets for video production, optimizing files for various platforms, and maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and project timelines.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to create dynamic and visually cohesive animations.
- Proficiency in Graphics and Storyboarding to develop explicit visual narratives and design assets for motion projects.
- Experience in Video Production, including preparing motion assets, understanding formats, and collaborating on post-production workflows.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent motion/graphic software).
- Solid understanding of visual design principles, typography, color, and composition in digital media.
